New opportunities for students of the Mari El Republic: MarSU - a platform for the preparation and conduct of the NTI Olympiad.

In January 2020, an agreement was signed between Mari State University and the non-profit organization Association of Technological Circle Participants to open a university-based platform for the preparation and holding of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) Olympiad in several areas:

- analysis of satellite images and geospatial data;

- communication systems and remote sensing;

- Big data and machine learning;

- Biotech: subprofile of "Agrobiotechnology".

You can change your place in the future today. One of the steps in this direction is NTI - a new mechanism for supporting breakthrough promising projects in Russia. Its goal is to conquer emerging global markets. At one time, rocket-space and nuclear technologies became such key growth points. Now the future is connected with developments in the field of artificial intelligence, unmanned aerial vehicles, neurotechnologies, quantum computers, the Internet of things, big data. The criteria for choosing the direction of a breakthrough in the NTI fit into a simple logic: the market should be global and focused on the needs of people, strategically important for our country.
