Consortium of technical education of Russia and Kazakhstan

The symposium will become a platform for discussing the main challenges faced by the energy sector of the economy to further develop practical solutions for energy sustainability and power engineering.

Within the framework of the Symposium, the First Meeting of the Consortium for Technical Education of Russia and Kazakhstan (CTORK) was held, of which Mari State University became a member in December 2020.

KTORK ("Consortium of Technical Education of Russia and Kazakhstan") is a public organization that will unite on a voluntary basis the universities of the two countries within the framework of the Intergovernmental Commission on Cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the subcommittee on cooperation in the field of science and new technologies.

The first online meeting of the working group of the Consortium for Technical Education of Russia and Kazakhstan was attended by Nikolai Vladimirovich Kuzmin - Head of the Research Sector and Sergey Volkov - Dean of the Power Engineering Department.
