May 24, 2021 at the Department of Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise of FSBEI HE "Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine. NE Bauman ”within the framework of the agreement on network interaction, a series of practical seminars was held with the students of the PP-21a group of the direction of training 03/19/03 Food of animal origin of the Agrarian-Technological Institute.
The seminars were devoted to the study of methods for assessing the quality of products of animal and plant origin. The listeners showed great interest in the topics studied, actively participated in the discussion and were able to work out the skills to determine the quality indicators of sausages, semi-finished meat products, canned fish and preserves, dairy products, honey, eggs, as well as fresh and canned vegetables.
The seminar was conducted by Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Papunidi Department E.K. and Candidate of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor Yakupova L.F.
In addition to the students, the seminar was attended by Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Livestock Production Technology S.Yu. Smolentsev and Cand. biol. Sciences, Head of the Department of Technology of Meat and Dairy Products, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor T.V. Kabanova.
