Dear international students!

1. Foreign students from open countries must inform about their arrival at the university by e-mail inter_office@marsu.ru no later than 10 days before arrival (attach full name, ticket and visa (if available).

Entry to the territory of the Russian Federation is possible only after obtaining permission from the University!

2. Students must be tested for COVID-19 (by PCR method) no earlier than 72 hours before departure from their home country.

3. After arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation, within 3 days, foreign students must re-pass the analysis for COVID-19 (by PCR method).

4. Before receiving the results of laboratory research on COVID-19 by the PCR method after arriving in the territory of the Russian Federation, a foreign student must observe the isolation regime. Isolation takes place in the university observatory (hostel - RME, Yoshkar-Ola, ul. Osipenko, 1b)
