MarSU Project Activities
Project-based learning is a type of separate, specially organized activity of students, limited in time, aimed at solving a certain problem and having as a result a final product.
Project activities form students' teamwork skills, self-organization, self-learning, responsibility, planning, and team management.
Student projects are implemented in teams of two to six people. The result of the project greatly depends on the quality of interaction between the team members. That is why a series of team-building activities was organized by the team of the Department of Scientific Research of Students and Youth of Mari State University and Boiling Point - Yoshkar-Ola with the support of Center of Cultural and Creative Activity and Center of Social and Psychological Support of Mari State University at the beginning of project activities.
Communication in an informal setting is an effective tool for building team spirit and unity, establishing relationships within the team, role distribution, increasing initiative, interpersonal communication and level of trust among team building participants. The acquired skills help to increase the level of involvement of each team member in the solution of the assigned task, to share responsibility for achieving the result and to increase the effectiveness of team activity.
We wish all students fruitful work, effective communication and successful completion of the implemented projects.
