The Faculty trains teachers of different subjects and professionals in different areas.

There are specialized classrooms and laboratories, training workrooms. There are student creative groups and Student Design Bureau. Students gain theoretical knowledge combined with practical training in schools, vocational education institutions, industrial enterprises of the city, commercial structures.

There are Department of Primary and General Education, Department of Methods of Teaching Social and Humanitarian Disciplines, Department of Methods of Teaching Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences, Department of Theory and Methodology of Technology and Professional Education.
