The Faculty prepares teachers and trainers who can work in sports and entertainment, tourist centers, medical centers, rehabilitation centers, sanatorium and preventive institutions, health centers, sports clubs, fitness centers, and various educational institutions.

Students participate in various competitions, including international ones. The graduates’ professional activities are physical education, sports, motor recreation, prevention of diseases, recovery of the population, sports and recreational tourism; physical recreation and rehabilitation; health improvement activities. The graduates are ready for managerial, marketing activities in the field of tourism and physical recreation.

There are Department of Physical Education, Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Medical and Biological Disciplines and Life Safety.
