Dear international students!
The list of foreign states whose citizens can enter the Russian Federation through air checkpoints is constantly changing and is determined by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation.
We ask you to take a responsible attitude to the observance of all the rules, since their violation can lead to disciplinary and administrative responsibility.
To arrive, you need to do the following:
1. Foreign students must inform the university about their arrival by e-mail inter_office@marsu.ru no later than 10 days before arrival (write name, faculty, course; attach passport, ticket and visa (if available).
Entry to the territory of the Russian Federation is possible only after obtaining permission from the University!
2. To pass the analysis for the absence of COVID-19 (by PCR method) no earlier than 72 hours before departure from your country.
3. After arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation, foreign students must re-pass the analysis for the absence of COVID-19 (by PCR method) within 3 days.
Foreign citizens are admitted to the campus and to the educational process in the presence of negative results of the analysis for COVID-19, carried out by the PCR method.
4. Before receiving the results of laboratory research on COVID-19 by the PCR method after arriving in the territory of the Russian Federation, a foreign student must observe the isolation regime.
Isolation takes place in the university observatory (dormitory No. 9 of MarSU - RME, Yoshkar-Ola, Krasnoarmeyskaya st. 71-1)
