MarSU opens a new master's program
The content of modern supplementary education covers all spheres of human life and is implemented in a space unlimited by educational standards. The modern development of the educational organization of additional education is impossible without professional management of this process.
From September 2021, on the basis of the Mari State University, it is planned to open a master's program in the direction of training 44.04.02 Psychological and pedagogical education, the focus (profile) of the program "Management of the organization of additional education."

The program "Management of the organization of additional education" is aimed at the formation of professional competencies necessary to ensure the development and effective operation of an educational organization, to improve the quality of educational services. The program allows you to reveal the essence of marketing activities in the system of additional education, management, management of educational activities and educational work, as well as effective social partnership.
Target audience of the program: specialists of the system of additional education (methodologists, heads of club associations, teachers, choreographers, heads of departments of additional education and cultural institutions, etc.). We also invite graduates with basic higher education (bachelor's, master's, specialty) to study.
Graduates-undergraduates can work as leaders in the additional education system and organizers of additional education in the general education system. Training is built taking into account the professional standard "Teacher of additional education for children and adults" and the Draft professional standard "Head of educational organization". The state diploma of education will indicate the qualification: Master in the direction of training 44.04.02 Psychological and pedagogical education, the focus (profile) of the program "Management of the organization of additional education."
Training format: part-time, training period - 2 years 5 months, sessions 2 times a year. Distance learning technologies and e-learning are used in the learning process.
