"Dialogue on an equal footing": romance as a state of mind

The meeting was held in the auditorium of the History and Philology Department, where in a relaxed atmosphere of inquisitive students immersed themselves with interest in creativity, with rapture listening to songs performed by Sergey Evgenievich, temperamental and original, creative and deep, natural in his way people.

The novelist shared the story of his life path, introduced the students to his muse, wife Natalya.

"I have a medical education, but because of problems with my eyesight I could not work in my profession, an ambulance paramedic. I entered LGITMiK (now RGISI - Russian State Institute of Stage Arts), at that time they were recruiting an experimental rock opera course. I traveled a lot, gave concerts abroad, lived in France. A romance doesn't need a translation, the listener understands everything because they feel deeply and perceive the music on an emotional level. I am happy when my work gets a response, when the energy exchange happens, when I feel needed," said Sergey with a smile.
