Another victory in the grant competition

The aim of the innovative project is "Development of automated complex for quality control of products and surfaces by analyzing their digital images": creation of a complex, allowing to automatically control the quality of products by analyzing the image obtained from a digital device by means of specialized programs.

Practical application of the development: topographic pattern control in the production of printed circuit boards and metal-ceramic packages of integrated circuits.

Target area of application: production of printed circuit boards (defects detection in the topology of printed circuit pattern), production of metal-ceramic packages to detect metallization defects (detection of soldered joint defects, external defects in the package), paint industry (detection of coating quality), metallurgy and mechanical engineering (detection of structure, roughness and other surface features).

Potential consumers of the developed product: enterprises producing printed-circuit boards and metal-ceramic packages of integrated circuits.
