Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, has declared the upcoming 2021 the Year of Science and Technology.

This year, the first graduation of doctors trained at the medical faculty of MarSU took place, and on the basis of the university, the Center for Accreditation and Simulation Education was opened, which is a multidisciplinary unit created for the purpose of simulation training of students of the specialties "General Medicine", "Pediatrics" and "Pharmacy", as well as the accreditation of medical personnel.
